WHERE IS RELUXED LUXURY LOCATED?

We are a primarily an online business; however, we do have two offices, one in Ottawa, Canada and the other in Sarasota, United States. Only our Canadian location is available for in person purchases; sorry for the inconvenience. 

Reluxed Luxury is an online luxury specialist retailer, specializing in customer service for preloved and new luxury products. Members can narrow their search with enhanced filters to shop by category or designer, from product-specific catalogues that list the full range of items currently  in stock. We provide easy access to the most coveted designer brands either new, preloved and/or vintage. All preloved items have a rating scale which describes the condition of the product, also shown in the pictures provided.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% AUTHENTIC OR REPLICAS?

We sell only 100% authentic merchandise (new or preloved). We acquire all our products from authorized brand distributors, liquidation or auction and have our team of specialized authenticators reevaluate the authenticity before posting our products online for sale. If you have any doubts regarding authenticity with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery; if your item is proved to be non-authentic we will refund your total purchase price. It is against the law to sell replicas and can contribute to criminal activity around the world.

Reluxed Luxury secures its merchandise from various trade sources in different locations and countries. As we bring these merchandise to you via an online platform, we incur lower overheads and are able to share these savings with you!

We carry both new and pre-owned merchandise. When shopping on the site, keep a look out for indication tags that specify if the product is ‘Pre-Owned’ and accompanying tags indicating the item’s condition (A+-BC).

We constantly source for more designer brands and the latest styles for our members. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will restock items that have been sold out. So, do not hesitate and purchase what you covet!

 PAYMENT

We currently accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Android Pay. All payment methods mentioned are subjected to each country's participating banks.

No, you can opt to pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account.

When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:

  1. Pay using credit card
  2. Log in to your PayPal account

Yes. For Reluxed Luxury, a shipping fee may be applied if your total purchase cost is below a certain amount. You can enjoy our free shipping service when you spend more with us!

For Evloyia Couture, a shipping fee will apply based on the Boutique's location and your item delivery destination.

All item(s) cost will be added up to give a Subtotal. Coupons will be applied at this stage, and this will reflect your total purchase cost

Based on your total purchase cost, respective shipping fee will be added on.

Prior to your checkout, store credits will then be applicable at this stage. The final cost reflected will be your final payment.

 HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM(S) TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We aim to deliver your item(s) as soon as we can from the date of order received and payment confirmed. Below are the estimate delivery times in business days by country. Please also keep in mind we have no control over customs/duties delays and fees.

 ORDERS

You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. This email also indicates that your order has been received in our system and is being processed. We will then send another email when your order has been shipped.

Once we have received your order, we strive to ship it to you as quickly as possible. We regret to inform that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.

As we work swiftly to process and ship your order, we will only accept changes within the first 12 hours of your order being placed. Before you process your order and payment, do check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. We adhere to our Returns Policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subjected to our terms and conditions:

  • Item must be in its original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty card(s), manual(s), and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Any item that you received with tag(s) attached must be returned with the same tag(s) intact.
  • Item purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
  • We do not accept returns for intimates, earrings and undergarments due to hygiene reasons.
  • All returned item will be reviewed by Evloyia Couture. Items should also match the written or photographic documentation of the item's condition provided when requesting the return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee.
  • Our flexible returns policy makes your online shopping experience even easier. We practice close monitoring of the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
  • Reluxed Luxury reserves the right to offer credits or a refund based on our sole discretion.
  • This Returns Policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on reluxedluxury.com. Returns will be accepted within 14 business days of delivery. 

All returns will be reviewed by Reluxed Luxury and we reserve all rights to approve/deny any return value. Should the return(s) be approved, Reluxed Luxury has the right to offer a full refund in credits with a validity period of 365 days.

For Canada and the USA, all returns will be refunded back to your original payment mode. Alternatively, we are also able to process your refunds via credits. You may select either option in accordance to your preference.
